Here is how ViewPilot referral offers and credit work.
Who can take part
Share your personal link or code with someone who's new to ViewPilot. The invitation is tied to them as a customer, across all of their accounts, and each customer can have one referrer. Referring yourself, referring someone you share an account with, or using one of your own channels or a channel that has already had a paid plan doesn't count.
The welcome offer
You'll see the current offer, the plans it applies to, and the reward rate in the invite and at checkout. The first valid invitation is saved in the browser for 30 days. Once it's linked to an account, the first eligible purchase has to be made within 30 days. The offer only applies to a first paid plan and can't be combined with another promo code. The usual discounts for longer terms still apply.
How rewards are calculated
You earn a percentage of what your friend actually pays for their plan after discounts. Payment processing fees, anything paid with bonus credit, balance deposits, and free trials don't count. The most you can earn per friend is shown on your referral page. The terms in place when their payment starts are the ones that apply to that purchase.
When credit becomes available
Every reward waits out a hold period first, and you can see its expected release date on your referral page. The purchase has to stay paid and undisputed. Pending and available rewards are shown separately. If we pause new referrals, the credit you've already earned stays yours.
Using credit
You can put available credit toward a ViewPilot plan, or toward adding more time to one, by choosing referral credit at checkout. Anything left over is paid from your balance. Credit has no cash value, can't be withdrawn or transferred, and doesn't earn more referral credit.
Refunds and adjustments
If a purchase is refunded or disputed, its referral reward is reversed. If you've already used that reward, your next rewards cover the difference before any new credit becomes available. Your balance is never charged for it. Credit you used on a purchase that's fully refunded comes back as referral credit, not cash. Abuse or duplicate identities can make a purchase ineligible.

If an invitation, payment, or reward doesn't look right, reach out to support from your dashboard. We may update or pause offers for future purchases, but every reward you've already earned keeps its amount and release date.
